Account deletion

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. Confirm the action with your current password. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address registered to the account.

Response information

Include your booking reference when asking about a trip. Never send your password, verification code, or full payment credentials by email or chat.
